The corona virus epidemic causes changes to DAS service operations which also affect our customers
DAS office is closed until further notice
During our office’s closed period we are open for service 10 a.m.-3 p.m. via email, telephone and chat. All our other electronic services can also be used as normal.
Picking and returning the keys
New tenant has to contact DAS (dasaspa@das.fi) to agree the time for picking the keys. You can return the keys (in envelope) to DAS office’s mailbox: DAS Kelo, Yliopistonkatu 21.
Internal applications
We are not processing internal applications until further notice.
Saunas, clubrooms, studyrooms and gyms
We also keep saunas, clubrooms, studyrooms and gyms closed until further notice.
You do not have to pay a gym fee from 1.4.2020. If you wish you can also cancel your reservation.
Maintenance visits and repairs
Maintenance related visits and repairs are prioritized. Related to the corona epidemic, the tenant is required to notify if there is a sick, exposed or quarantined person in the apartment to ensure safe working in the apartment.
Apartment inspections
It is the responsibility of the moving tenant to notify us (reima.kuusisto@das.fi) if there is a sick, exposed or quarantined person in the apartment in order for us to ensure safe working in the apartment.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and inform tenants if there are changes in the situation!
