DAS will start a new kind of monthly customer satisfaction survey in cooperation with Buenno next week.
The new operating model for measuring customer satisfaction includes three different customer satisfaction surveys
- Moving in survey for new tenants (new tenants starting a tenant agreement)
- Customer satisfaction survey during housing (carried out in such a way that the same person will not receive the survey again every month)
- Moving out survey (for tenants who have their tenancy agreement expired)
With the reform, we aim to ensure that tenants can respond to the survey easily and quickly, and that we can react quickly to both twigs and roses that come up in the surveys.
We will raffle S-Group gift card (20 €) among survey respondents every month.
