Instructions for filling out the application form
- All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- If you are applying for an individualized shared apartment (see our apartment types), select "studio" as the apartment type and write " individualized shared apartment " in the additional information section of the application.
- Minors: At the bottom of the page, under "Apartment applicant," there is a section titled "Add an adult," where you can select "Guardian" and fill in the information. A guardian's approval is always required for a minor's lease, so this information must be included in the application.
- Finally, select "I would like to receive a copy of the application by email " before submitting the application. This will send the details of your application to your email, along with a link where you can edit the application.

Information for filling in Student housing application form:
Incomes = Inform only your regular incomes during studies in Rovaniemi €/month.
Wealth = Inform your wealth more than 34.000 €.
Personal information is used for processing DAS tenancy agreements. The Date of birth or Finnish social security number is used to confirm your credit rating and also as identification for the authorities e.g. The Social Insurance Institution of Finland (KELA).
Certification of study will be checked when signing the tenancy agreement. Giving incorrect information can cause terminating of the tenancy agreement.
Date when studies start = Inform the date when you will start or have started the first year of studies in Rovaniemi.
