You can report for urgent faults outside the office hours:

We ask you to use your consideration for reporting faults any other times. However, always report for example serious leaks.

If you call in the service for a minor fault outside the office hours (8-16), you can be charged for a pointless inspection round. So, in non-urgent cases, always make a note of fault.
