Key hand out service order

If you are unable to pick up the keys to your apartment during our office hours when you move in, you can request the key delivery service using this form. The service must be ordered at least three business days before the date you need the keys.

• Our partner security company will deliver the keys to your apartment at the time of your choosing, 24/7.
• The service costs €30.00.
