Apartment Inspection After Moving Out

An apartment inspection is always carried out after you move out.

Before your tenancy agreement ends, you will receive an email with the subject "Apartment Inspection". Using the link provided in the email, you can let us know if you plan to move out before the end date of your tenancy agreement and request an inspection at a time that suits you.

If the inspection is carried out before your final move-out, you will have the opportunity to correct any cleaning or maintenance issues identified during the inspection yourself.

If you do not request a specific inspection date, the inspection will be carried out after you have returned your keys or immediately after your tenancy agreement has ended.

Shared Apartments

The common areas of a shared apartment will also be inspected when a tenant moves out. All tenants are jointly responsible for keeping shared areas clean. If the common areas have not been cleaned appropriately, DAS may arrange cleaning and charge the resulting costs to the tenants
