Login instructions for tenant pages
New tenant pages require strong authentication. Also note that your old username and password are no longer valid.
First of all, start by ensuring that DAS has the necessary identification information in the customer register.
Contact dasaspa@das.fi to check that the information is correct.
- email address: must be the same as the one you have previously provided us with (the address where you receive our communications)
- personal data depending on which authentication method you intend to use

- ID card number OR
- passport number OR
- Finnish personal identification number (only if you are going to identify yourself with Finnish bank credentials)

- Click “Log-in” at the top right of the das.fi homepage
- Choose “Register as a user”
- Choose the method of identification
- Identification will take place according to your selection in the bank, mobile certificate, or Candour ID service. Follow the instructions of the selected service
- After identification, the service will guide you to continue the registration process by creating a password. Do no enter any username/email address at this point, just password and confirmation of password to the second field
- Next step, confirm your email address. You will receive a confirmation code in your email, which you can use to complete your registration
- Return to DAS home page, click “Log-in” at the top right of the das.fi homepage and log in with the previously defined email and password
