You can report for urgent faults outside the office hours:

We ask you to use your consideration for reporting faults any other times, because the service is expensive. However, always report for example serious leaks.

If you call in the service for a minor fault outside the office hours (8-16), you can be charged for a pointless inspection round. So, in non-urgent cases, always make a note of fault.
