Apartment Card

Check the condition of the apartment immediately upon moving in. The apartment card is filled electronically. In the beginning of the first month of your tenancy agreement, you will receive an email link through which you can fill out the card. If you mention faults that require fixing, remember to fill out the separate note of fault in the end of the card.


You ensure that you are not in charge of the possible damages caused by the previous tenant with your personal apartment inspection. Be thorough for your own good and rights. On the top part of the apartment card, you can also see what kind of notices and damages have been noticed after the previous tenant moved out and which of them will be fixed.
