Housing Advising in Domus Arctica Foundation
Domus Arctica Foundation has started to offer housing advising to DAS tenants.
Housing Advising is a low-threshold support service and guidance in connection with all housing problems and issues.
As a DAS tenant you can be in touch if you have challenges for example with life management or your ability to pay your rent is reduced.
It is important to deal with housing problems as early as possible. Usually a small rectification is enough. We provide support in problem situations to aid the normal continuation of housing and, if necessary, also guide tenants forward to get the right kind of help and support service outside too.
Housing advisor can help you if:
you have rent debt or problems with the paymentyou need guidance in different housing problemsyou have problems in taking care of the apartmentyou have other housing related challenges
