The health and safety of DAS tenants and staff is a priority
DAS office is closed. You are welcome to use all our online services via das.fi, via email dasaspa@das.fi or by calling 020 7699 180or FimX (Note of Fault). Picking up the keys will be separately agreed upon.You can return the keys (in envelope) to our key returning box (next to DAS office door).Gyms, saunas, clubrooms and study rooms are open. Please do not use the facilities if you feel even remotely sick. Remember to maintain good hand hygiene. Remember to maintain good hygiene in laundry. Washing your hands before and after visiting the laundry facilities is recommended. Follow good hand hygiene and keep the safety distance in all occation and and when moving around in common areas.DAS will not borrow any common items at office to ensure the safety of our tenants and customer service people.Maintenance related visits and repairs and apartment inspections will go on as normal, but the tenants cannot be present when DAS maintenance is working in the apartment. Our maintenance men will contact the tenants in advance and agree the maintenance visit time.
Related to the corona epidemic, the tenant is recommended to notify if there is a sick, exposed or quarantined person in the apartment to ensure safe working in the apartment.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and will inform tenants if there are changes in the situation!
