The sauna turns are renewed, starting from 1.6.2017
DAS and tenant committees have decided together to renew the system for booking DAS sauna turns.
How do the sauna turns function now?
Currently, tenants can book their own sauna turn with a separate charge and the reservation is active at least for a month at a time. Beside this, tenants have been able to use common turns for men and women free of charge. The sauna fee (7€) is always charged for a full month on the tenants rent invoice.
From 1.6.2017 the sauna turns will function as follows:
the booking is made for one turn at a time (like in the laundry rooms)the sauna turns are free of charge-one tenant can make only 1 booking for the same daythe tenant can have a maximum of 4 bookings standinga booking can be made a maximum of one month beforehanda booking can be made 3 hours before the turn starts and it can also be cancelled 3 hours before it startsthe buildings will also continue having separate common turns for men and womenAll current sauna reservation will end 31.5. and in the future the turns are booked one at a time and you do not have to book the turn for the same day every time. Those tenants who have had the sauna fee in their rent invoice will receive a new invoice by the end of May without the sauna fee.
There have been no major changes in the amounts of bookable turns for the beginning of June and we are offering the same turns on the same dates as before. We will follow the booking statistics and as soon as the new booking system has been active for a while we will send tenants a survey in the autumn of 2017 to ask for opinions on how current turns are working and what hopes tenants have for changes.
