Furnished shared apartments - what, where, for whom?
A shared apartment is a 2-3 room apartment where each resident has their own room. The toilet/bathroom and kitchen are shared with other residents, women and men live in separate shared apartments.
The furnished shared apartment includes basic furniture such as a bed, table, chair and a ceiling lamp. In addition to the oven/stove and fridge/freezer, the kitchen has a microwave and kettle as well as a table and chairs.

At Rantavitikka, DAS Lauri, DAS Eero and DAS TimoNear the city in DAS RovalaAt Kuntotie (near the hospital) DAS IXThe monthly payments at DAS include the basic rent per square meter + the utility fee + the furniture fee.
Internet connection, laundry and the sauna hours are included in your basic rent. The utility fee 23,00€ includes payments for water and electricity (and heating). The furniture fee is collected in all furnished apartments and it is 21.00€ a month.Please note that the minimum rental period is one month. Interns and exchange students have fixed-term contracts. Please remember to state the dates of the internship in the application.
