Pets

Pets are allowed in most of DAS apartments. In furnished shared apartments pets are not allowed and in normal shared apartments the pets are allowed only with the permission of all tenants. Please notice that if your flatmate changes and your new flatmate is allergic to your pet, the pet must move out of the apartment.

An apartment building is also suitable for dogs, as long as they do not disturb other residents. Dog owners must ensure that:

- dogs are always kept on a leash in the yard and shared areas
- dog faeces are picked up immediately
- barking or other noise does not disturb other residents
- dogs are not walked in playgrounds or nerby premises 

If your pet causes damages to the apartment, inform us about it immediately with a note of fault.
